You spend four days a week producing podcasts at talkSPORT and one day studying toward a fully funded NCTJ Diploma in Journalism, with mentorship from industry professionals.

Day to day you'll follow sporting news and trends, pitch content ideas for talkSPORT's podcast range, edit audio and full-length video episodes to tight deadlines, cut clips and social-first content, write scripts, and help with post-production work like graphics, subtitling, colour grading, text overlays and lower-thirds.
You'll also learn to read performance analytics to shape content strategy.
They want someone passionate about sports journalism and content, with strong storytelling and communication skills, initiative, a curious mind, and the ability to "edit around" technical glitches.
