This 12-month internship sits in the Creative Services team within Universal International Pictures (UPI) Operations, which produces, localises, manages and delivers marketing assets across UPI's film slate alongside Creative, Marketing, Media and local market teams.
It is an operations-focused role.
Responsibilities: maintaining PUMA, the in-house asset management system; raising purchase orders, recording costs and handling billing queries; central localisation of assets (transcribing trailers, distributing audio dubbing materials, collating subtitle translations, compiling finishing deadlines); ad hoc research, presentations and event organisation; admin support to the VP; maintaining distribution lists and responding to queries from local markets.
Interns own the relationship between Accounts Payable and external vendors and work with teams across LA, London and local territory offices plus localising and production agencies, gaining exposure to print, digital and AV production.
Eligibility: undergraduates returning to full-time education in Autumn 2028, or those seeking work experience after A-Levels, an equivalent course or an apprenticeship; must have unrestricted right to work in the UK for the internship dates and be able to work on-site in Central London four days a week.
Requirements: strong numeracy (essential), strong written and verbal communication, excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, attention to detail, able to work collaboratively and independently.
