Manor Place is a creative space in South London run by Palace Skateboards, with residents hand-picked by Nike and Palace.
The 2027 intake offers five up-and-coming London creatives a free, private studio pod for 12 months.
Open to all creative disciplines; current residents work across video, photography, illustration, fashion, graphics and music.
Resources on offer include desks, a workshop table, a screen printing setup, a meeting room and a Colorama photography studio.
Applicants submit their name, location, age, links/socials, practice and a portfolio PDF (max 5 pages, 4MB), plus four answers of up to 300 words each: your discipline, what you plan to create during the residency, why you need the workspace, and how you would contribute to the community.
The form also asks how often you would use the space (1-2, 3-4 or 5+ days) and whether you currently have a studio.
No stipend or payment is mentioned.
