Full-time talent and PR role within the wider social team, reporting to the Creative Campaigns Manager, focused on identifying new talent for the brand's advocate network and supporting the team with administrative tasks.
(Note: title says Womenswear but the overview references supporting the Menswear team.) PR/gifting/influencer duties: assisting the Talent + PR Co-ordinator with all paid and unpaid gifting and send-outs, following up with influencers and chasing imagery and content, responding to comments and DMs, assisting with and hosting showrooms and PR events, acting as seeding lead to find new talent, and spotting gifting opportunities; working with the Senior Creative Lead to refine the Instagram Wishlist.
Research: finding new talent across social platforms including models, props, small businesses and collabs to stay ahead of competitors.
Reporting (covering for the Co-ordinator): analysing men's social metrics into a weekly round-up and monitoring brand coverage across digital and print.
Admin: making boards and collating UGC imagery, tracking gifting deliveries and returns, using Torque portal and Airtable, packing gift boxes for press and influencers including UPS labels and invoices, and general team tasks during busy periods.
Requirements: passion for social media, excellent administration and organisation, flexibility, strong communication, calm under pressure with tight deadlines, and high attention to detail.
