Partner with Bloomsbury Pulse
Bloomsbury Pulse is a weekly creative jobs newsletter built for early-career talent in London — no algorithm, no filler, just opportunities that actually matter.
I've partnered with brands and studios to put the right roles in front of the right people — from design and media to fashion, film, and beyond. If your opportunity suits a motivated, entry-level creative, I'd love to hear from you.
Anthropologie, the URBN lifestyle brand selling clothing, accessories, gifts and home decor with over 200 stores worldwide and 18+ across the UK and Europe, is hiring a Buying Admin Assistant for its Accessories buying team in London.
The BAA supports daily operations and the overall merchandise flow, building relationships with internal and external partners across the US and UK offices and the UK store team.
Responsibilities include admin support to the Buyer and Assistant Buyer across the buying department, tracking orders into the business through systems and regular contact with production, market suppliers and the distribution centre, and updating delivery dates for accurate intake planning.
Looking for someone who can multitask in a fast-paced buying office and has a passion for the Anthropologie brand.
URBN perks typically include up to 40% off all URBN brands.
