News UK, publisher of The Times and The Sunday Times, is hiring an Apprentice Brand Designer for its brand design team, which works across brand identity, user experience and a newly launched design system.

You'll create brand visuals, typography and layouts for digital touchpoints, turn brand assets into reusable components in Figma, work with marketing, editorial, product and engineering teams, try out AI-assisted design tools and present concepts in team critiques.
They want foundational skills in typography, layout, hierarchy and colour, hands-on Figma experience, a basic grasp of UX and accessibility, and an interest in creative AI tools.
Application includes three written questions, then a Google Meet interview and an assessment centre.
Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, up to 5% employer pension and paid volunteering days.
Pay is above the National Living Wage.
