Assistant Producer - Stage Door Programme at Good Chance x Shubbak.

Good Chance, the theatre company, and Shubbak, which champions Arab and SWANA artists through its festival and participatory programmes, are offering a three-month producing traineeship for someone from a refugee or asylum-seeking background with lived experience of forced displacement.

The Assistant Producer works with the CEO & Artistic Director and Senior and Participation Producers in the lead-up to Shubbak Festival 2027: liaising with artists, venues and partners, managing logistics for commissions, events and residencies, coordinating workshops, rehearsals and performances, supporting marketing and audience development, collecting monitoring data and doing community outreach.

They want people with some foundation of experience in arts, community engagement or events, good project management and communication skills, and an interest in the Arab/SWANA world and participatory work; Arabic or another SWANA language is desirable.

Training via London Youth and one-to-one line management.
