A placement in Victoria Beckham's Commercial and Retail teams at the luxury fashion house's Hammersmith office, split between supporting the Commercial Project Coordinator on the seasonal showrooms and giving the Retail team analytical support, reporting, events and client activations.
Commercial operations: organising each season's showroom (four a year), including renting furniture, packing and shipping the collection, maintaining sample inventory and running set-up and breakdown; supporting the week-long showroom in Paris; monitoring payments and invoices for events; presentations for projects, proposals and activations; commercial project coordination across retail and wholesale plus retail reporting analysis; EA support to the Commercial Director (expenses, travel, global decks, scheduling).
Retail: weekly and monthly sales reporting for the flagship store and regional corners; helping the Retail Director with client activation events and monthly client engagement events in the flagship; order entry; coordinating with other departments on retail activations; CRM support.
Looking for a passion for the luxury commercial landscape, strong communication, organisation and attention to detail, creative problem-solving with an analytical skillset, maths strength preferred, teamwork, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
Travel to Paris four times a year, so a suitable passport or visa is needed.
Only open to current university students who are required to complete a placement year as part of their course.
