Marks & Spencer's two-year Fashion, Home & Beauty online graduate programme starts in September 2027 with a four-month store placement, then rotates through online operations, working with teams on how clothing, home and beauty products are presented, promoted and traded online.
It combines commercial thinking, customer insight, data and innovation, and leads to a permanent role in the online teams (career path: Trading Assistant, Assistant Trading Manager, Online Category Manager, Head of Online Trading).
Requirements: a degree in any subject completed before September 2027, the right to work in the UK for the full programme, and the ability to learn quickly, show initiative and use data to spot trends.
You can apply to only one M&S programme per recruitment cycle.
Process: online application, two-stage online assessment, then an in-person assessment centre.
