Felicity Bryan Associates is an Oxford literary agency offering a paid, full-time three-month internship from 11 January to 2 April 2027.

The intern reads submissions, assists with social media and office administration, supports the agents and authors, and learns about all aspects of the agency's work; many past interns have moved straight into full-time publishing or agency roles.

Looking for strong reading and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, real enthusiasm for books and publishing, and willingness to contribute across the team.

No degree or background requirements.
