ORCA is an independent, B Corp certified strategic brand studio in Bristol that helps purpose-led brands with positioning, storytelling, identity and activation.

The Junior Designer works on client and in-house projects under the Senior Designer, designs and animates social and web assets, applies the ORCA brand and client brands across different mediums, joins brainstorms and workshops, pulls together imagery and references for pitches, lays out presentations and works closely with the Senior Production Manager.

Candidates need a solid grasp of design principles and editorial design, knowledge of the branding and brand agency world, confidence with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, strong written and visual communication, and the ability to explain why their ideas work.
