Marketing Assistant at Bonnier Books UK.

Bonnier Books UK, one of the UK's leading trade publishers, is hiring a full-time (37.5 hours) Marketing Assistant in its Sales department, reporting to the Senior National Account Manager and based at Cottage Farm, Sywell, Northamptonshire.

The role creates commercially focused, eye-catching POS and brand assets that help products stand out in busy FMCG retail environments and convert at point of purchase, and owns the design and delivery of retail-facing materials across the UK, US and rest of world: FSDUs, gifting towers, catalogues, printed marketing materials, exhibition assets and customer-facing sales materials.

You will refresh bestsellers, adapt existing templates and develop trend-led concepts at pace for fast-turn sales and retail deadlines, take projects from concept through to final artwork for cutters, and liaise with retailer departments to seek FSDU approvals such as Black Dog.

Looking for strong written and verbal communication, excellent organisation and time management, proficiency in the Adobe Suite (primarily Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop), the ability to work with 3D CAD software (e.g.

SketchUp) and 3D rendering software (e.g.

Blender), MS Office skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach.
