Partner with Bloomsbury Pulse
Bloomsbury Pulse is a weekly creative jobs newsletter built for early-career talent in London — no algorithm, no filler, just opportunities that actually matter.
I've partnered with brands and studios to put the right roles in front of the right people — from design and media to fashion, film, and beyond. If your opportunity suits a motivated, entry-level creative, I'd love to hear from you.
Space NK, the beauty retailer stocking over 100 skincare, make-up, hair and fragrance brands through its neighbourhood stores, website and loyalty scheme, is hiring a Merchandising Admin Assistant for the Skincare team at its London head office.
Responsibilities: raising purchase orders with brand partners and tracking deliveries; producing Monday trade reports and flagging anomalies or risks to the Assistant Merchandiser; managing the delivery schedule and communicating short shipments, late deliveries and cancellations; tester ordering and monitoring tester availability; supporting the new product critical path (stock tracking, ranging, tester allocation and launch readiness); ad hoc financial and stock analysis.
Requirements: excellent numerical aptitude with a strong grasp of retail maths and data analysis, strong Excel and confidence with large volumes of data, a keen interest in retail and commercial decision-making, accuracy and attention to detail, good communication, organisation and time management.
Prior merchandising experience is highly regarded but the role is open to people starting out.
Must have the right to live and work in the UK; only successful candidates will be contacted.
