Merchandising Intern at Ralph Lauren.

Ralph Lauren, the global premium lifestyle brand behind Polo Ralph Lauren, Purple Label, Double RL and Lauren, is offering a 12-month internship in its UK merchandising team, starting August 2027 at one of its two head offices (Watford or Cork Street, London).

The intern supports the team in hitting financial plans and delivering seasonal strategies in store.

Responsibilities include weekly and monthly reporting, preparing for weekly trade meetings (and over time delivering the trade message independently), owning the department's line cards (style-level sales and inventory forecasts in Excel), managing seasonal recodes and the stock delivery schedule, assisting with markdowns, monitoring distribution centre inventory, releasing initial distributions and replenishment to stores, and keeping best sellers in full size availability.

Also includes regular store and competitor visits with follow-up presentations, and working with Buying, Allocations, the RLE website team and retail stores.

Looking for commercial and analytical skills, attention to detail, initiative, good organisation and communication, and strong Excel with an aptitude for retail maths.

Suits students needing a year in industry, or others with a clear interest in starting a career in fashion and retail.

Must have right to work in the UK.
