The PR & Events Assistant supports influencer campaigns, PR activity, events and wider marketing.
Responsibilities: influencer gifting, outreach and campaign coordination; organising PR mailers, product launches and gifting activations; maintaining influencer and media databases; tracking campaign performance and compiling reports; supporting media enquiries; helping plan and run brand events, pop-ups and launches, including suppliers, venues, logistics, setup, breakdown and on-site support; supporting retail, digital, social and brand campaigns; managing PR sample and event stock; and admin including invoices, purchase orders, budget tracking and trackers.
Requirements: previous experience in marketing, PR, events, influencer marketing or a related field; excellent organisation and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication; comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines; proactive and eager to learn; passionate about beauty, social media, influencers and emerging trends.
