RISE by Henley Festival Intern at Henley Festival.
RISE is Henley Festival's charitable programme supporting emerging musicians, visual artists and backstage production students to perform, exhibit and work at the black-tie festival of music, art and culture.
This graduate-level internship suits someone starting out in festival or event production, music or the arts.
You'll give practical and admin support across the RISE programme: planning, coordinating, marketing and delivering RISE events, keeping records and contact lists, preparing newsletters, forms and presentations, researching and submitting grant applications, collecting participant feedback and liaising with colleagues and external contacts, with chances to work across other departments.
Extended hours are required during the festival (7-11 July 2027).
Looking for a keen interest in the creative industries, strong organisation and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and good digital skills including social media and Microsoft Office.
Full-time, 9:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, starting January 2027, reporting to the Head of RISE, with 25 days' holiday and bank holidays pro rata and a pension.
Apply by emailing a CV and short covering statement to rise@henley-festival.co.uk; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and may close early.
Interviews are in person.
