Talent Assistant at Studio Lambert.

Studio Lambert, the unscripted TV production company, is hiring an entry-level Talent Assistant on a contract from 4 January to 25 June 2027 (four-week probation, possible extension), 9:30am-6pm Monday to Friday.

The role is heavily administrative: supporting the recruitment and hiring process, helping find and engage off-screen talent for unscripted television, and keeping tasks and deadlines on track.

Requirements: proven admin experience, excellent attention to detail and organisation, a confident phone manner, basic Canva, a basic understanding of roles in unscripted TV, and a real passion for television and interest in starting a career in unscripted TV.
