Organic is a global entertainment communications agency, part of Havas, based at Havas Village in King's Cross.
Its Origins programme, now in its fourth year, takes five trainees for six months, with no degree or previous experience required.
Trainees support campaign teams in either Publicity (film and TV) or Influence (creator campaigns): media coverage searches, PR reports, screenings, press releases, press event logistics and mailouts, or coverage tracking, creator research, report data and creator events.
Looking for a strong passion for film and TV, organisation, attention to detail and good communication; must be 18+ on the start date, based in the UK for the full programme, and flexible for evenings, weekends and out-of-office events.
Travel costs are your own, with an interest-free travel loan available.
Apply with a CV plus three short responses (up to 90 seconds of video/audio or 200 words each): your favourite film or TV series, three facts about yourself, and why you should join; mention you found it via Creative Access.
In-person assessment day at King's Cross on 27 November.
Benefits include 12.5 days' holiday plus bank holidays, 2 wellbeing days, a birthday day off, the Christmas closure, TOIL, HVL Campus courses, free breakfast, press screenings and premiere tickets.
The programme particularly encourages applicants underrepresented by ethnicity, socio-economic background or disability.
