The thing we keep running into is money.

The creative industries still lean on unpaid internships and who-you-know, which shuts out anyone who can't afford to work for free.

We'd put it into paid internships, so the experience that opens doors isn't only for people with savings behind them.

We'd like to run events: workshops and portfolio sessions, plus networking nights where you can meet employers without needing a contact to get you in the room.
