Buying and merchandising internship at Tesco covering general merchandise and fashion, designed to develop future leaders in buying and merchandising.
Programme starts 14 June 2027.
Interns create product ranges for Tesco stores (home textiles, accessories, seasonal lines), work with F&F, Tesco's in-house clothing brand, to learn how fashion trends and customer tastes shape the offer, and build relationships with suppliers, managing contracts and making sure the right products land in the right place at the right time.
Tesco looks for potential, curiosity and a willingness to learn rather than a full skill set: an interest in how things work from idea to delivery and enjoying seeing a plan come together are valued; some work with data, but experience isn't essential.
